返左黎多數都係訓多 , 溫習少

我join HK open indoor rowing champ的open 2000m 得第三
"鄧"腳 幫BU 玩4x500 champ 左
最後玩 10x3min relay 幫 BUAlumni 得第五
尋日放左同阿LONG, miki 打羽毛球
之後同miki 去tst 睇 nike, addidas 跟住食埋飯 歸家去
今日去左CU 睇拉機賽 BU champ左男女 , mix 得第4
之後大家返左划艇會訓覺 5點幾拉左30min 有進步 , 划左14k
